Step

Step 1:

Simply put: HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) is the language of websites. It takes English words and letters and uses them in special formats to communicate with browsers. This is so that we don't all have to learn binary code... which is VERY challenging to do. So, what's HTML5, then? HTML5 is still HTML, just with more modern tags that are better used in today's internet environments. Learning HTML and HTML5 go hand in hand, so not to worry, HTML5 isn't some totally alien thing you'll need to learn. We'll begin the course by learning all about how HTML/HTML5 works, and how you can use it to start building your site.
